Home Schoolers

If you would like to come to athletics on Tuesday, please let me know as soon as possible. I need student’s names and ages. Email the school.

Thanks to everyone for all your help last week. The event was a great success.

A reminder to parents and student that only supervisor’s may use green pens, Monitors use black pens, students use blue pens and red pens are used for scoring and stay on the scoring table. Student’s should not have a green, black or red pen. Students found with these pens may receive an instant detention.

Students should also not have a calculator at school unless they are on senior math paces and have been given permission.

Anybody who finds a school pen that has found its way home, please return it to school and put it on Mr Bell desk.

School Buses

Bus will leave school at 12.20 on Wednesday 22 March, this week. The high school is holding parent teacher interviews. There is usually only one hour of teaching in the afternoon on Wednesdays so it is ok if parents pick their children up anytime from lunch time on. The school will still be open for those who chose for their children to go home at 2.00 as usual.

Beach safety

I am considering sending year 1 to 8 students on a beach safety course on the 7th of April which is Friday Week. It will depend on getting a booking. If we go we will need parent help with transport to Mangawhai Heads for the whole day and another lot of EOTC forms.
